2. About Our Services

Satkaar Hospitality operates as a hospitality supply platform offering hotelware, kitchenware, dinnerware, and commercial kitchen products, alongside a recruitment platform connecting hospitality employers with job seekers across India.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed.

4. Products & Pricing

All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Product images are representative; minor variations in colour, finish, or dimensions may occur, especially for handcrafted or commercial-grade items.

• Bulk and HoReCa pricing may differ from listed retail prices.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors.
• Product availability is subject to stock and may change without notice.

5. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Order confirmation is subject to product availability and successful payment verification.

• Online payments are processed via Cashfree (UPI, cards, net banking) when enabled.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible orders and locations.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
• Order details and invoices are sent to the email provided at checkout.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We offer pan-India delivery. Delivery timelines, shipping charges, and free-shipping thresholds are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our return, refund, and cancellation policies are detailed on the Shipping & Returns and Refund Policy pages. Customised, engraved, or made-to-order products are generally non-returnable unless defective.

8. Recruitment Platform

Employers and job seekers use our recruitment platform at their own discretion. Specific terms:

• Employers must provide accurate business information. Job listings require admin approval before going live.
• Job seekers must provide truthful profile and resume information.
• Satkaar acts as an intermediary platform and does not guarantee hiring outcomes, employment, or candidate suitability.
• We reserve the right to remove listings, profiles, or accounts that violate our policies or applicable law.
• WhatsApp leads submitted through our bot are stored for admin follow-up as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our platform, including but not limited to: posting false information, infringing intellectual property, attempting unauthorised access, spamming, harassment, or any unlawful activity.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content — including logos, text, images, design, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Satkaar Hospitality. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

11. Reviews & User Content

Product reviews and user-submitted content must be honest and lawful. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews that are abusive, misleading, or violate these Terms.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Product warranties, if any, are limited to manufacturing defects as described in our return policy.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Satkaar Hospitality shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order or service.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Satkaar Hospitality from claims arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. We encourage resolving disputes amicably by contacting us first.
